I didn't have one to do last week but I think I'll have one next week also but after that, I got a whole lot of nothing. Well see, but anyways I was very excited to wake up this morning to know I had enough cash to redeem for ibotta! I'm not going to lie I was stuck at 19$ for a hot minute. Like I said in my other post the key to couponing is to only clip the ones you actually need and stuff you already purchase. So I apply that rule to ibotta also because they are basically like coupons right?
Now that you see you have $20 or more cash you will be able to redeem it!
Next step is to pick in what way you want your money, a transfer to Venmo or Paypal or a gift card! Usually, for ibotta I get a Walmart gift card to buy things I need around the house. But we don't really need anything right now so I'm going to take it upon myself to get an amazon gift card and buy random things that are fun, or maybe home decor for the new place!!
So now you select what amount you want to redeem. I'm usually impatient so I pick the $20 gift card every time!
Then you'll get this pop-up and it'll have your email where I covered mine with the flowers.
Since I couldn't get a $23.50 gift card I now have $3.50 so I can start for my next gift card!
Then I impatiently clicked out of ibotta and checked my email and TADA! I already had my gift card waiting for me in my email! So just hit redeem gift card.
It'll bring you to this page where it has your gift card code!
As you can see I had no amazon credit at this time.
Then I inserted my code and applied it to my balance! Now I have $20 to spend on Amazon!
I love ibotta so much it's so easy to use especially if you have your groceries reward card linked to it. it makes it so much easier to use and get your rewards. Sometimes I get lazy and forget to scan my receipts then before you know it it's too late to scan them in. But with ibotta every time I go to Food Lion and use my rewards card it does it automatically for me. It saves me a whole lot of time and makes me feel better about forgetting to scan in my receipts. You still have to go through the list of items and add them to your list of rebates but that's the easiest part!
Now I have an extra $20 to spend that I didn't have before and all I had to do was buy groceries I was already going to buy anyways!
Let's play a game re-read this and take a shot everytime you read the words ibotta and gift card. Just kidding but comment if you love ibotta too!!
